Rabbi Michael Dahan: Executive Spiritual Expansions

Rabbi Michael Dahan has taken on the role of Executive of Spiritual Strength for Shuva Israel, where he plays a crucial part in the organization's global expansion and spiritual purpose. Prior to this position, Rabbi Dahan was responsible for guiding the community in Miami, creating a thriving environment and encouraging individuals towards spiritual enlightenment. Joseph Ohayon: President

Joseph Ohayon, President of Shuva Israel, brings extensive professional expertise and unwavering dedication to his leadership role. He has over 20 years of experience as the founder and managing director of OTCFin, a leading fintech company, and holds a Master's in Computer Science from Ecole Supérieure d'Électricité and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management. Under his direction, Shuva Israel has expanded its reach and impact through educational, charitable, and spiritual initiatives worldwide. Mr. Ohayon is known for building and enhancing complex organizational frameworks, ensuring efficient delivery of resources to thousands of individuals and communities. His visionary leadership continues to inspire Shuva Israel's mission of spreading Torah values globally.

Rabbi Dan Azoulay: Menahel Ruchani

Rav Dan Azoulay, a proud graduate of the Yeshiva, returned in October to take on the important role of Dean of Students (Menahel Ruchani). In 2018, he established a flourishing synagogue in Ashdod that caters to a diverse community of over 70 members including college students and avreichim. As a certified sofer and devoted spiritual leader, Rav Dan serves as a shining example of dedication to Torah and mitzvot. With his wife and three young children by his side, he has relocated to the Yeshiva and brings with him an unyielding passion for inspiring the next generation of students to embrace their faith and flourish spiritually.

Rabbi Meir Acoca: Israeli Community Program Director

As a devoted leader, Rabbi Meir Acoca serves the young Israeli community in New York City by providing guidance and education through various Jewish programs aimed at inspiring spiritual growth and connection. Rabbi Yaakov haim Soussan: Chazan, Ba’al Kore, Teacher,

Rabbi Yaakov Haim Soussan is a dedicated leader at Shuva Israel in New York City, serving as Program Director for the American and French-speaking Jewish communities. With expertise in chazanut, ba’al kore, and Ba’al Kore teaching, Rabbi Soussan guides individuals in reading and chanting the Torah with precision, fostering a deeper connection to its sacred words. His diverse background in Torah, engineering, and real estate brings a unique combination of spiritual and practical knowledge, allowing him to mentor and educate others on Torah, spirituality, and community engagement.

Adam Sharlo: Gabbai and Operations Director

Adam Sharlo is a devoted leader who has been fulfilling the roles of Gabbai of Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto and Operations Director at Shuva Israel for 14 years. Along with his spiritual duties, Adam manages the daily operations of the synagogue to ensure smooth functioning for all members. His dedication to the community and strong leadership and organizational abilities have made him an invaluable member of Shuva Israel.
